Get stronger at Structure Personal Fitness Total body workout including Squats, Deadlifts, Shoulder Presses, Chest Press, Rows and Lunges with low reps and high weight. We will be using Kettlebells and dumbbells  50 min, No more than 7 people will be attending the class so we can pay more attention to your form.
